ITS has identified the root cause and made a configuration change to resolve the issue, and we are monitoring the systems. The post will be updated as soon as possible.

ITS has identified intermittent service availability issues with a subset of Banner services and MyDenison across multiple environments (PROD, TEST, LERN, etc.). Service blips are sporadic and typically last about 1-3 minutes. ITS is working on identifying the root cause and are working on a resolution as soon as possible.

A power outage on campus has caused the network to go down in several buildings. Facilities is currently working to restore power. The following locations are currently without network. An update will be posted as power to network gear is restored.

Zoom has reported that all Zoom services have been restored. The status.zoom.us page is now available and tests of creating new Zoom meetings have been successful.

Zoom has reported that they are having technical issues which are impacting Zoom Meetings, Webinars, and other Zoom services but that they are beginning to see recovery. At this time, it appears that their status page – status.zoom.us – is still affected and unavailable.

Nelnet Payment Gateway
