Email notifications for voicemails are now being delivered. The investigation confirmed that the problem affected delivery of notifications to all Denison voicemail users and began on Sunday 4/3. The problem was corrected around 2:00PM. At this point, all notifications not previously delivered are believed to have been delivered.
If you are not receiving email notifications for voicemails, please report the issue to the ITS Service Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org and 740-587-6395.

ITS received a report of email notifications of voicemails not being received since Sunday 4/3. Investigation so far has indicated this may be affecting email notifications for all Denison voicemail users. The vendor is actively working to diagnose and address the issue. Updates will be posted here.
