RESOLVED: Unplanned Outage – Notebowl Currently Unavailable 4/4/2022

Notebowl should now be functioning normally. The cause of the Notebowl error has been identified and addressed. Reports so far indicate that the error is no longer occurring. If you continue to receive an error, please report it to the ITS Service Desk at servicedesk@denison.edu or 740-587-6395.

ITS has received numerous reports of intermittent errors in Notebowl and is working with the vendor to diagnose and correct the problem. Since the problem is intermittent, you may wish to try again if you experience this issue.
