ITS will be performing Banner (INB) and Self-Service Banner (SSB) maintenance and upgrades, this Saturday, 7/21 – 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Banner, Self Service and all related systems such as Xtender, Axiom, Xtender, Jaggaer (formerly SciQuest) e-procurement, Cognos, and portions of MyDenison that rely on Banner data will be unavailable during this maintenance window.

When the maintenance work is completed, this post will be updated with additional information.

There is currently intermittent Dialpad service due to an outage with the Google Cloud Platform engine. As 3:58 Google has partially resolved the problem and are working towards a complete resolution for the near future.

Update (7/16/18 @ 2:46PM): We have deployed updated login policies for Denison-owned computers which will resolve the reported login issues.

 

Deskside Support is working to resolve computer login issues that have been reported around campus in labs and eclassrooms. We plan to have this issue resolved by 2:00 PM today.
