Denison Information Technology Services (ITS) will be applying Banner security patches on Saturday, February 21st, 2026 from 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM EST that will impact access to Banner and related systems. Users will not be able to access these services during this time.

Affected services include:
Banner Admin Pages
Banner Self Service
Xtender
Nelnet Payment Gateway
MyDenison content that relies on Banner data

During the maintenance there may be interruptions to MyDenison, specifically the search interface. During this time you may not see results from a search or limited results. Once work is complete the search functionality should be back to normal.
