At least two Denison alumni email accounts have been compromised and have been used to send emails that appear to be from other Denison accounts. If you receive suspicious emails from Denison accounts or any other source, please DO NOT REPLY or CLICK LINKS in the email. These links may either infect your system or lead to forms where they ask you to submit your account information or other confidential information. Instead, in Gmail please click the dropdown arrow next to the Reply icon and select “Report Spam” or “Report Phishing” to report the email to Google.

- change your BigRedID password immediately (in MyDenison, choose “My Apps” then “Change my BigRedID password”)
- contact the ITS Help Desk if you are concerned that your system may be infected.
