Updates to Login for Web-based Services Thursday 11/29/12 at 6AM

Two services require further updates in order for the Denison login to function – the Denison Wiki (wiki.denison.edu) and VirtualEMS (accessed by clicking “Search Current Room Reservations [EMS]” in MyDenison). An update will be posted here as soon as these services accept logins. If you would like to be notified when these services are available, please contact the ITS Help Desk (helpdesk@denison.edu; 740-587-6395).

On Thursday AM 11/29/12 at 6AM, ITS performed routine maintenance to update the single sign-on system used for a number of Denison web-based services. There should be no impact for end users – you should continue to be able to log in to all services as usual.

Should you have problems logging into any Denison web-based service (eg. Denison Apps, MyDenison, PeopleAdmin, Symplicity Advocate, DULink, OrgSync, Denison Wiki, VirtualEMS, etc.), please notify the ITS Help Desk at 740-587-6395 or helpdesk@denison.edu indicating the service you are trying to access and details of the problem experienced including any error messages received.
