Starting Thursday, August 13, 2026, between 5:00–6:00 a.m., the next time you log into GlobalProtect VPN client on a Mac or Windows computer you will be prompted to install a new version (6.3.3-1016). This is a legitimate update—please proceed with the installation when prompted! 

ITS recommends you login to GlobalProtect VPN and update as soon as is convenient anytime after 8/13/2026. This update enhances connection stability and delivers essential security fixes.
