ITS will be performing scheduled maintenance on the print system tomorrow, Tuesday, July 14, in the evening from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. During this window, student and lab printing will be unavailable, and no one will be able to print from wireless mobile devices such as phones, tablets, and laptops (AirPrint). ITS is aware that the EMS (Event Management System) is currently down, and the appropriate teams are working with the vendor to find a solution. At this moment, we have no specific details regarding the duration of the outage or a definitive restoration window. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
