ITS has received a small number of reports of individuals being redirected to this page (netnotes.denison.edu) when trying to access banner.denison.edu or web4prod.denison.edu. THESE SERVICES ARE NOT DOWN. This rare problem appears to be a result of a temporary redirect that was in place on November 17th while maintenance was performed on Banner and DU Self-Service that some computers are “holding on to”.  If you experience this problem, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 740-587-6395 or helpdesk@denision.edu for assistance.
