Scope of Work: CBTS needs to make some global changes on the server cluster that will impact phones and services.

  • The change and update will briefly reset phones (approx.. 3-5 minutes).
  • However, no active calls will be affected until end-user hangs up, then the phone will reset.
  • Any incoming calls during this brief interval may experience a busy signal, but will likely just go directly to voicemail for calls to end-users (approx.. 3-5 minutes).
