ITS has received several reports of individuals/offices being logged out of Banner or being unable to get to DU Self-Service or submit a job through Banner. ITS is investigating the situation. Due to a power issue, wireless network connectivity is not currently available in the Mitchell track area or in Bancroft and Shannon houses. ITS and Physical Facilities are working on the problem. An update will be posted here when service is restored.

Update: 7:20am Services have been restored.

Banner, MyDenison, Self-Service, Xtender, Focus, Smartcall, WebHelpdesk, and the online directory will be affected by routine maintenance Thursday, June 6, between 5am and 7am. Each of these services will be unavailable for part of this maintenance window as underlying software is updated. Please check netnotes.denison.edu for updates.

If you have difficulty with these services after Netnotes has been updated to indicate maintenance is complete, please email helpdesk@denison.edu (monitored by Enterprise Apps immediately following the outage) or call (740)587-6395 and leave a message which the Helpdesk will review when they open at 8:30am.

ITS will be performing scheduled network maintenance on 6/4 during the maintenance window of 5:00 to 7:00. These configuration changes will result in brief network outages for the west & north quad, intermittent network outages in Higley, and a 10-20 minute outage for wireless connectivity in residential areas, Fellows, and Ebaugh.
