Resolved: 10/21 1:15 PM – FOCUS system is online and available

Update (10/21 1:15 PM) – The recovery process is complete and FOCUS is back online.  If you have any issues using FOCUS, please contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@denison.edu, or by calling (740) 587-6395

Update (10/21 10 AM) – The recovery process is within 3% – 4% of being completed.  After the restore process has completed, there will be a re-start of the service and some quick testing.  After those processes are complete FOCUS will be brought back on-line and will be available for use.

Update (10/20 11:15am) – Recovery from previous system backup to new hardware is 81% complete. Restoration is expected to finish tomorrow morning around 8:00. After that we will verify that the system is working as expected before declaring FOCUS available for use.

Update: (10/20 7:30am) – Recovery processes for the FOCUS hardware (OPUS) are still running

Update:  (10/19 8:45 AM) – Recovery processes for the FOCUS hardware (OPUS) are still underway

Update (10/18 10:00pm): Recovery of Opus is still running and Focus is still unavailable.

Update (10/16 12:30): Recovery of the system will take several hours.  The system will be available again sometime during the weekend.  We will update this post when the system is ready for use.
