ITS will be upgrading the Self Service application on Denison Mac computers to provide a more modern and consistent user experience. The updated version includes improved functionality while maintaining the same software access and workflows users are familiar with.

No action is required. The upgrade will be installed automatically on your Denison computer.

Once installed, Self Service will continue to appear in your Applications folder and Dock (if it was previously pinned). You will also notice a new Self Service menu bar item, which provides quick access to available software.

No restart or additional prompts are expected during the upgrade.
