The eProcurement system was updated over the weekend. This update impacted the email notifications approvers see in the system. We are working with the company to correct these emails but have not yet achieved 100% success. The impacts:
- Some emails are from support@sciquest.com instead of purchasing@denison.edu.
- The email has two links: a Take Action link and a View Requisition Approvals link.
- The Take Action link takes you to a mobile site and asks the user for a four-digit code. This option will not work for Denison users.
- Denison users should select the View Requisition Approvals or View Invoice Approvals button.
- If you have trouble reaching your approval queue from the email link, you can approve directly within the eProcurement system by clicking on their action items using the flag icon in the top right corner of the screen.
