COMPLETE: MyDenison Room Availability and Reservation Links Unavailable January 4th to 12th for Upgrade

Updated Post 1/12/2022:

The update to the EMS software is complete. In the Campus Events section you will again see the Campus Events list (if any) and the Calendar, Availability, and Reservation links are now available. See the EMS New Reservation Process Available post for more details.

Original Post 12/23/2021:

The EMS system used for room scheduling and the associated Availability and Reservation links next to Campus Events in MyDenison will be unavailable from 1/4/2022 at 5:00PM until Wednesday 1/12/2022 at 8:00AM for the implementation of a new version of the EMS software. Following the update a new streamlined online process for reserving rooms and vehicles and requesting a Master Calendar (aka Campus Event) listing will be available. Stay tuned for details!

If you need to check room availability or make a reservation for a room during this time period, please contact the Events and Scheduling Office at hannan@denison.edu or 740-587-5730. IMPORTANT! For reservations for events to be held after 1/14/2022, please wait to make your request through the new online process.
