Update: Banner System Upgrade: Issues reported

ITS has located and applied fixes to the small number of issues that arose after the Banner system upgrade this past weekend.  ITS is continuing to work with the Banner vendor, ellucian, to investigate why these unexpected errors occurred.
Original Post:
As a result of the Banner system maintenance work that took place this past weekend, several Banner users have notified ITS about various issues they have encountered this morning/afternoon.  ITS is working with with the Banner vendor, ellucian to assist us in fixing these issues.  Please note, you may encounter specific issues when using Banner, Banner extracts and with some Cognos/ODS reporting functionality.
Again, we are aware of these issues and are working as quickly as possible to fix them.  There is no immediate requirement to report these known issues; however, and if you desire, please feel free to contact the ITS Help Desk at 740-587-6395 or helpdesk@denison.edu.
