ITS will be updating core networking equipment in Burton Morgan and Fellows over the next several weeks. Below is a list of planned maintenance windows to complete the replacement of this equipment. These dates and times are subject to change but we will update this post accordingly.

ITS received a number of WiFi problem reports and reports of Google sites not loading between 8 pm – 11 pm on Tuesday 3/21/22 night. ITS has taken additional steps to resolve these issues. Please report any network issues to the ITS Service Desk at 740-587-6395 or servicedesk@denison.edu.

ITS noticed that one of our primary wireless controllers rebooted at 2:40pm this afternoon. Wireless devices may have noticed an internet outage upwards of a couple minutes while they failed over to our backup wireless controller. The wireless controller is back online and we are operating as normal.
