To prevent an event similar to what occurred 8/13/14, we have made some changes to improve service failover and will be testing to verify those changes are successful on 8/15/15 at 5:00AM. If the test is successful there will be no noticeable outage. If it is unsuccessful access to internal websites may be impeded for 5-10 minutes.

Update: Test completed but failed; will need to be tested again at a later date.
