This afternoon, ITS noticed that one of our server hosts experienced a resource issue, causing the following services to become unavailable or experience degraded performance.
- PowerFAIDS
- Xtender
- eduroam (possible degradation)
- Digital Signage (unable to make content updates)
- R Studio
- CSGold – Web Portal
- HVAC – Building Automation (new programming)
- SSO login (degraded)
- Service Desk Tools / RegisterIP
- Investments Website
We believe all services are back online, but we are still evaluating the situation. We will post an update when we confirm that the issue is fully resolved.
