[RESOLVED] Unplanned Service Outage – My Housing (Adirondack)

ITS has confirmed that the My Housing application is back online and functioning as expected.

Information Technology Services (ITS) has received multiple reports that the My Housing app (powered by Adirondack) is down. Reports include descriptions of pages with endless loading wheels. We are working with Adirondack on a resolution and will communicate updates as they are available on this Netnotes post.
