The issue causing course evaluations to be inaccessible has been resolved. ITS has confirmed that course evaluations are accessible and able to be submitted as they are intended to function.

Information Technology Services (ITS) has received multiple reports and confirmed an issue with submitting course evaluations. At this time, course evaluations are inaccessible to be submitted. ITS is working on a resolution and will communicate updates as they are available on this Netnotes post.
