Denison Information Technology Services (ITS) will be applying a Banner patch to Employee Self Service between 6-7pm tonight, Friday November 22nd, 2024, to fix the issues some users are having with their time sheets. While most of Banner will remain online and usable the following functionality will temporarily be unavailable:

1) Employee Self Service
2) Banner Jobsub

Jaggaer (e-procurement)
Nelnet Payment Gateway
MyDenison content that relies on Banner data

ITS received notice this afternoon that invoices were not posting correctly to Jaggaer PROD (eInvoice/eProcurement). We are taking steps at this time to remediate this issue and will update this post once maintenance is completed.

Denison Information Technology Services (ITS) will be applying a fix to Student Self Service Monday, March 11th, 2024 from 6:30AM to 7:00AM in response to discovering a known defect on Friday, March 8th, 2024 which prevents advisors from exporting a list of their advisees in an Excel document format. While Student Self Service will not be down during the entire maintenance period, there will be an outage that will span a few minutes to apply the fix.
