Update Wednesday 5/20/2020 7:30 AM:

Notebowl platform updates on Wednesday, May 20th 4:00 AM EDT were successfully completed at 6:11 AM.

Notebowl will be releasing additional updates Thursday, May 21st at 4:00 AM EDT and Friday, May 22nd at 4:00 AM EDT.

Update Monday, 5/18/2020:

ITS would like to update the Denison community that maintenance for Notebowl is currently underway; however, the feature updates will be now be completed Thursday, May 21, 2020. ITS expects that Notebowl will remain online with no impact to users through this maintenance and update window.

Denison Information Technology Services (ITS) and Notebowl will conduct planned Notebowl maintenance & updates from Monday, May 18th at 1:00 PM EDT to Wednesday, May 20th at 4:30 AM EDT. ITS expects that Notebowl will remain online with no impact to users through both the maintenance and update windows. Please see the details below.

Backend maintenance is scheduled for Monday, May 18th from 1:00 – 2:30 PM EDT.

Notebowl platform updates are scheduled for Tuesday, May 19th 4:00 – 4:30 AM EDT, and Wednesday, May 20th 4:00 – 4:30 AM EDT. A full list of updated features will be available after the update is complete.

Although all data will be backed up prior to maintenance, faculty members are encouraged to download gradebooks from Notebowl by 12:00 PM on Monday, May 18th (the university grades deadline) for their own records. Watch a video detailing this process here.
