AEP completed their maintenance at about 2am. Please report any network issues to the ITS Help Desk at 740-587-6395 or helpdesk@denison.edu. The Help Desk will reply as soon as possible during regular business hours (see www.denison.edu/its/helpdesk for hours).

AEP will be performing maintenance on our primary Internet line tonight (10/31) between 10:00pm until tomorrow morning (11/1) at 6:00am. No outages are expected during this time, however Internet slowness is expected as traffic moves to our backup lines. This post will be updated when the work is complete. If you experience any network connectivity issues after this time, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 740-587-6395 or helpdesk@denison.edu.
