INFO: ITS testing caused erroneous email

Information Technology Services (ITS) is in the process testing upcoming updates. During testing, an erroneous email went to some Denison community members about a key request. A sample email is below:

“Your Key/Access Request was received and has been processed.  If this request was for card access, you should now be able to use your ID card to open that door.  If this request was for a key, please stop by the Accounting Office on the 3rd Floor of Doane Hall to pick up your key after 2pm today or anytime after today.  If you have any questions or concerns, please email: idcardsandkeys@denison.edu.”
