Duo Security has resolved the issue with SMS text message passcodes.

Duo Security has received confirmation that SMS passcodes are successfully being generated. The issue is being closely monitored.

Duo Security has received reports of degraded SMS text messages to US numbers. If you need to approve your login through Duo and have another option available, such as a Duo push or phone calls, please use that if you are having trouble with the SMS text option.
