We have identified an issue where some users might see a problem printing W-2s to a PDF from Employee Dashboard on MyDenison if they have more than one local tax. We are working with Ellucian on this and plan to implement a fix next Tuesday morning (Feb. 6th) during the maintenance window. Between 5:00 – 7:00 AM Employee Self-Service will be unavailable. In the meantime, there is a workaround for printing your W-2 by using the following link: https://banner.denison.edu/ords/ssb/prod/bwpkxtxs.P_ChooseW2Key

  • Click on Employee and then Tax Forms.
  • Click on W-2 Year End Earnings Statement
  • Select 2023 from the drop down and click Display

The issue has been resolved. The MyDenison directory is returning search results and the email lists contain the appropriate members.
