Between 6:30 and 7:00 AM, ITS will perform routine maintenance to the MyDenison servers. MyDenison should be available again by 7:00 AM.

During this time period, if you have need to check your class list/course schedule, confirm your registration, or provide emergency contact information you can access Self-Service Banner directly at http://ssb.denison.edu. If you do not know your Self-Service PIN, you can reset it. Additional services may be accessed directly via these URLs:

Between 6:15 and 6:30 AM, ITS will perform routine maintenance to the MyDenison servers. MyDenison should be available again by 6:45AM.

ITS will be performing routine maintenance to the Denison public website infrastructure. During this maintenance period the public website, http://www.denison.edu/, will be unavailable and attempts to browse the website will fail.

Update 7:20am – Access to BigRedID services restored.

Access to web-based services that use your “BigRedID” to login like Denison Apps, MyDenison, PeopleAdmin, Symplicity, OrgSync, Freestyle previews, and Web Help Desk will be unavailable on Thursday March 14 starting at 6:00AM for approximately 45 minutes due to system maintenance.

If you experience problems logging in to any service that uses the BigRedID login page after the maintenance has been completed, please clear your browser cache (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser’s-Cache) and try again.

MyDenison (https://my.denison.edu) will be unavailable on Tuesday, February 26 from 7:30AM for approximately 10 minutes for maintenance. In the mean time, other services will remain available at these URLs:

Update 2/6 9:00AM: At this time ITS believes the “Temporarily Unavailable” issue has been resolved. Should you continue to experience issues accessing content in MyDenison, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 740-587-6395 or helpdesk@denison.edu.

If you currently see a “Temporarily Unavailable” error message on some content within the Student, Teaching and Learning, or Employment tabs in MyDenison, please rest assured ITS is working to correct the issue. In the mean time you may access DU Self-Service by clicking the blue Self Service icon in the upper-right corner of MyDenison. Alternatively, you may log in to DU Self-Service separately at https://web4prod.denison.edu.

MyDenison (https://my.denison.edu) will be unavailable on Thursday, January 31 from 7:00AM until approximately 8:30AM for maintenance. In the mean time, other services will remain available at these URLs:

Tomorrow morning during the standard maintenance window server updates will be applied causing a couple of brief outages. During this time the following services will be unavailable:

  • Admissions and Financial Aid Applications
  • ITS Help Desk Tools
  • Password change forms
  • Guest Access Utility
  • National Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification
  • Single Sign-On Authentication (login.denison.edu)
  • Denison Apps (existing logins are unaffected)
