Services Restored – Unable to Login to BigRedID Based Services

BigRedID login services have been restored. If you encounter any issues please clear your browser’s cookies and cache and try again. Please report any login issues to the ITS Help Desk at 740-587-6395 or helpdesk@denison.edu.

At approximately 2AM this morning a system component required for BigRedID logins went offline. The cause is unknown but results in an error message when logging into services such as MyDenison, Denison Apps, BlackBoard, Campus Calendar, OrgSync, etc…

NOTE: Existing Denison Apps sessions will continue to function but new logins are currently unavailable.

Attempts to bring the failed component back online have thus far been unsuccessful and further ITS resources are required. We appreciate your patience.
