You may use Denison’s phone and voicemail system on Thursday 7/24/2025 from midnight to 4:00AM if needed. The phone/voicemail system maintenance scheduled for this time window has been postponed and no service interruptions are anticipated. An update will be posted as soon as the system maintenance is rescheduled.

Please DO NOT plan on using the Denison phone or voicemail system on Tuesday 7/22/2025 from 5:00-7:00AM and Thursday from 12:01-4:00AM. Denison’s phone system provider is completing a network and data center migration that may cause service interruptions during these time windows. Please use a non-Denison phone if you need to make calls.
If you experience any problems with Denison’s phone or voicemail services outside of these time windows, please report the issue to the ITS Service Desk at servicedesk@denison.edu or 740-587-6395 during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM) or the Denison University operator at 740-587-0810 at any other time.
