Xtender (Document Imaging) Work Around Available

Information Technology Services (ITS) is currently investigating an issue with Xtender Document Imaging. We are working on a permanent solution, but in the mean time, users may use this work around:

Once you click on Xtender, remove the first ampersands (&) after PROD in the URL.

Sample URL, remove the bolded ampersands (&)
http://xtender3.felfw.denison.edu/appxtender/isubmitquery.aspx?sso=true&DSN=PROD&&
