The connectivity issue with the Blackboard application servers has been resolved.

Resolved: Banner email and Lanier Scanners – Email Delivery Delay Dec 30-Jan 2nd
One of the outgoing email servers that process emails from Banner email and the Lanier scanners ceased functioning on December 30th. The problem has been corrected and all “stuck” emails have now been delivered. Please report any additional problems receiving emails from Lanier scanners to the ITS Help Desk at 740-587-6395 or helpdesk@denison.edu.
Completed: Planned server maintenance: brief interruption for M:\ drives access on 1/2/14 between 5am and 7:30am
There will be brief outage for M-drive (MEDIA) between 5am-7:30am on 1/2/14 while the server is rebooted to complete installation of additional storage volume.
