Completed: Planned Banner Maintenance Monday 7/22/19 from 6:00AM-7:30AM and 12:00PM-1:00PM

Update 1:00PM:

Maintenance to BETA and DEV has been completed successfully. This concludes all scheduled maintenance.

Update 9:00AM:

All production Banner maintenance has been completed successfully.

If you experience any issues with Banner today, please clear your cache. To do this in Google Chrome, click on the Chrome menu (3 vertical dots in the upper righthand corner) and then choose “More Tools”, and then “Clear browsing data”. Make sure the Time Range is set to “All time” and that “Cached images and files” is checked and then click on “Clear Data”. Update 7:30AM: 

Maintenance has been completed and while Banner is fully functional the background image on Application Navigator is missing. ITS is aware of this issue and it will be resolved shortly.

ITS will be performing Banner maintenance and upgrades, this Monday,  7/22 from 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM. During this period Banner 9 Administrative pages may be unavailable.

Additionally, two test environments, DEV and BETA, will have security updates applied to them over the lunch hour (12:00pm to 1:00pm).
